The organisers of the conference “Technology, Innovation and Growth (TIG 2024)”, to be held in Gdansk, Poland, on 23-24 May 2024, are seeking contributions.
Research papers on the economic role of innovation and technological progress (with a special focus on automation, digitalisation and AI), both theoretical and empirical, are welcome. The main topics to be discussed during the conference include (but are not limited to): recent trends in the development of technological knowledge; the impact of digital technologies on productivity, economic growth, inequalities and labour markets; methodological advances in quantifying digital progress; technology/innovation in economic growth models.
